Working alongside the appointed architect, we oversaw the design and project management of this exciting pub rebuild, extension, fit out and landscaping in a stunning coastal location.
Once planning consent was granted, the works included partial demolition, and a complete rebuild of the existing structure and roofs to form a fantastic new pub, with dining terrace, staff accommodation, new commercial kitchen and beer cellar. The pub has had a long history in a sensitive location, so careful consultation with all neighbours through the design and build process was critical.
