Working closely with Huf Haus, the German timber framed building experts best know for their modern timber framed houses, we oversaw the the design and build of this amazing new restaurant which replaced the aging Maelog Lake Hotel. The site is located by sand dunes in an Area of Outstanding Beauty and is a Site of Special Scientific Interest which meant we had to work closely with the local council and the Countryside Council for Wales, especially when it came to designing and installing a large sewage treatment plant in the dunes.
