Major refurbishment, alterations and fit out of a dilapidated 28,000 sq ft warehouse to form a new photographic and dry cleaning production facility taking the scheme from concept to handover.
During the refurbishment we project managed the external renovations, including a new roof, windows, cladding plus a full office, factory and warehouse installation comprising of a major power supply upgrade, air handling and ventilation, data networks, power distribution and lighting. To complete the scheme we oversaw the interior design and sourcing of all furniture and factory/warehouse fixtures and fittings and racking, plus the final occupation and installation of photographic and dry cleaning equipment.
