Working alongside the appointed architect, I was privileged to have been the project manager on this unique house rebuild in a stunning coastal setting. After obtaining planning consent, the works included a large extension to the existing stone house, construction of a new boat house with annex accommodation, remodelling of dilapidated summer house, installation of a new sewage treatment system and a full landscaping scheme.
The project was made all the more challenging due to the often severe coastal weather and difficult access across a beach which is inaccessible to vehicles at high tide.
